Court Date
We have our court date for Cody, it is this Friday at 9:oo, if we have our SDA approval back by then. If we don't get it back in time it will probably be Monday. We are hoping tomorrow we will go back to Ladyzhin, here again we have complications as Anton our driver is out of town and Roman, who has been facilitating for us, is starting on another case. We are waiting to hear from Alex what is going to happen. Since we are staying in Kiev we have few visits even to see Cody. I hope after court I can locate close to one of the orphanages. Not in the best of moods today, but I am glad for the court date.

I understand the frustrations that come with adoptions near Kiev, so many obstacles thrown at you and the worst is not having someone who can take you where you need or want to go. :o(
I hope they solve your driver issue, we had to use different drivers to get us to the embassy and myself to the airport. Everyone is overwhelmed and so busy, it makes it stressful for us.
it will make it mush easier for you to stay close to the orphanages, it was a Godsend for me, otherwise I am certain I would not have been able to see Kara as much as I (we) did.

I hope everything works out well and does so quickly! We all miss you guys very much! I love you guys! I'm sure it can be a bummer at times, but just think of the great payoff in the end, and being back at home!
I pray that you will get to visit with the boys often. It must be very hard to hold them and play with them and then not to see them. Just remember, pretty soon they will be yours forever!
